How to get something out of every session go-train We hear it all the time, “go 100%”, “give it your all” and “go HAM” the truth is you just worked an 8 hour day in the heat on a roof or slumped at a desk (sometimes I’m not sure which is worse) the kids were up all night and you’ve just started this new “diet” (shutter at the word). But that’s life, most of us don’t have the opportunity or ability to become professional athletes and yet most of us come in the gym day in the day out with goals and dreams that we want to see fulfilled.
