Khada takes his responsibility as Head Ninja very seriously, consistently leading the way with impressive feats of strength, skill and fitness. He’s tried many different sports over the years and is always up for a challenge (seriously anything). With a wealth of experience in the fitness industry we are lucky to have a coach who walks the talk and leads from the front.

Unknown fact about Coach Khada: He’s actually ginger…..ok no that’s obvious! He once had long hair died black down to his waist!

Sean has trained in numerous workshops with experts and world-class coaches. He’s had seven years in the fitness industry in many roles including boxing instructor, personal trainer and CrossFit coach. He has a sporting background in boxing, football and cricket and currently enjoys competing as a high-level CrossFit competitor.

Little known fact about Sean: He has stepped in the ring before as a boxer, won, retired undefeated. He’s amazing at karaoke (self-proclaimed) and will take to the stage at any moment.

Prior to spending 2 years as a CrossFit coach, J-Rad has been involved with high level rugby programmes in New Zealand, before moving to Perth to follow his dream. After some unfortunate injuries he started CrossFit to regain motivation and find something that challenged him the way rugby did. He found CrossFit and has never looked back!

Unknown fact about J-Rad: He can break it down, the man has moves! Every now and again, on a full moon, you can see this for yourself.
